I can't begin to thank you for the extraordinary care you provided throughout my pregnancy and delivery. From the moment I called your office I knew this was the place I'd been searching for and that feeling of relief and excitement was reaffirmed upon my first visit. I am writing this letter to thank you for the wonderful service I received at ObGyn Care throughout my pregnancy. My pregnancy had many surprising turns, at the beginning with bouts of spotting and again towards the end with signs of pre-eclampsia. Although these complications worried me, I was always reassured by the staff at ObGyn Care and knew that I was under the best of care. There were many times I called the office or on-call physician with questions or concerns, and my issues were always addressed in a timely and caring manner. I never felt like my concerns were dismissed, but always felt reassured by the thoroughness of Dr. Santiago's knowledge. Last minute or 'problem' appointments were scheduled at a last minutes notice several times, with the office being very flexible and understanding of my schedule. Every office visit (and we all know I had many) I was greeted with a smile by the girls up front, nurses, and doctors.

Towards the end of my pregnancy, with all the complications and uncomfortable feelings that come along with being pregnant, when I had to waddle into the office twice a week for urine tests, blood draws, ultrasounds, and NST's, I always felt like everyone in the office had our best interests at heart. Every pinch, poke, and procedure was done with the utmost care and gentleness. I also knew I was being cared for when Dr. Santiago called us on the weekends with my weekly lab results to reassure us that things were going to be okay. All staff members were sincere in their effort to help me achieve a healthy pregnancy and delivery.

When it was finally time for the delivery of Baby M, I had a sense of calm because I had complete confidence in Dr. Santiago's skills. His ability to deliver a baby while showing complete compassion and kindness to mother and baby is remarkable. It's a day my husband and I will never forget.

There's a reason why they call it ObGyn CARE. At ObGyn Care I didn't merely feel like a patient, but part of a group that truly cared for the well being of me and my unborn baby. I can't say enough wonderful things about ObGyn Care and its staff. They were truly a blessing to us throughout my pregnancy. There is no question where I will turn when it is time to add to the M Family!
